Last week began what feels like an unofficial start to summer. It was a big week full of family, friends and lots of fun. The week started with you having a little cold, but by Monday afternoon you were all better. NaeNae was under the weather, too, so I spent all week with you! I took you with me to visit some girlfriends at their new event venue, and you had the best time running about and getting spoiled by Aimee and Yvette on Tuesday. We spent a lot of time last week at parks, playgrounds and Weaver Street. Friday we spent the afternoon at the pool with NaeNae and grandpa and then the four of us went to dinner.
Our weekend was also full of adventure and quality time with daddy. On Saturday we went to the farmers' market, the park, and finally, attended your first wedding (not counting the weddings you attended when you were in my tummy). Saturday night our friends Jess and Andrew married in Pittsboro and it was such a special night. Daddy photographed the ceremony and you and I watched our friends exchange vows from a swing, which was pretty special. Daddy even took you for your first ever spin on the dance floor. Sunday morning was spent at brunch at grams and grandpa's house. You ate well, played with toys, played on the front porch, and spent some quality time with your grandparents.
